How is rent collected and when do I get paid?
We collect rent from tenants on the 1st of each month with a 5-day grace period. After deducting the 8% commission, the remaining 92% is transferred to your registered bank account.
What if a tenant damages my property?
A security deposit of 2 months' rent is held by PropThinks (not the owner). At move-out, our team conducts a detailed inspection and deducts repair costs before refunding the balance.
Can I choose my own tenants?
Tenant screening is handled by PropThinks to maintain quality and consistency. We verify identity, employment, and background. Owners receive visibility into tenant details but do not make approval decisions.
Do you handle property sales as well?
Yes. Owners can list properties for sale with a ₹1,000 listing fee. PropThinks mediates all buyer-owner communication. Buyers pay zero fees to PropThinks.
