We collect the rent and pay it into your bank after our deductions. Your statement in My Account shows each one.
When something breaks
Your tenant calls us, not you. We send a repair person we trust, and the cost shows on your statement.
When the tenant leaves
We inspect every room, handle the move-out and start looking for the next tenant.

How do we get started?
Tell us about your property and we'll call you. We'll see the home, explain how we work and go through the terms with you. Nothing is agreed until you sign.
Which cities do you cover?
Nellore, Vijayawada and Guntur. One team, based in Nellore, looks after homes in all three. If your home is somewhere else in Andhra Pradesh, tell us anyway and we'll talk.
How much does it cost?
We take a monthly fee from the rent we collect. We'll tell you the exact fee when we see your home, before you agree to anything.
What if I want to stop?
Just let us know. We'll take care of winding things down for you.
