Living abroad? Our service works the same remotely. Local teams handle everything on-ground — property inspections, tenant coordination, maintenance, and handovers. You access the same dashboard and receive the same monthly reports.

Owner Questions

What does PropThinks actually manage?
Everything after onboarding: tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, monthly reporting, and move-out processing. We're the operational layer — you just receive updates and income.
How long does onboarding take?
From your first inquiry to dashboard access typically takes 1–2 weeks. This includes our property assessment, service agreement signing, and property listing setup.
Can I approve or reject tenants?
No. PropThinks handles screening objectively using structured KYC verification. Owner does not have approval authority — this ensures fair, consistent screening.
How is the security deposit handled?
Security deposits (2 months rent) are collected and held by PropThinks, not handed to you. Refund is processed within 7 working days after a documented move-out inspection.
Do I interact with the tenant at all?
No. Zero direct communication is enforced. All interactions between you and the tenant route through PropThinks — this reduces disputes and creates accountability.
What if I'm an NRI owner?
Our service works the same for NRI owners. Local teams handle everything on-ground. You receive the same dashboard access and monthly reports remotely.
How do I receive rent?
PropThinks collects rent from the tenant, deducts the 8% management fee, and disburses the remaining 92% to your registered bank account monthly.
Can I sell my property through PropThinks?
Yes. Pay a one-time ₹1,000 listing fee and our admin team handles the sales process — buyer inquiries, communication, and mediation. Sales are handled exclusively by our admin team.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Our team contacts you via your preferred method (phone or email), assesses your property, explains the service model, and schedules the agreement signing.
